Wall panels are single-piece structural elements that combine excellent mechanical strength and are used in both external and internal structures.
They consist of two pre-painted metal sheets with a polyurethane core between them.
The outer side of the panel can have a light profile, micro-ribbing, or a textured finish.
The inner side of the panel can have a light profile or be flat.
They connect via a male–female joint (mutual interlock) with the option for concealed fastening that remains hidden from view.
Wall panels feature a sealing gasket and ensure uniform surfaces with an excellent aesthetic result, facilitating the easy application of all specified sealing materials, such as silicone or mastic.
Produced thicknesses are: 25 – 40 - 50 - 60 – 80 – 100 mm.
The 25 mm thickness is available only with visible fasteners.
Useful width: 1000 mm
Available in lengths from 2.00 to 14.00 m.

PLASTIC-COATED (PVC) STEEL SHEETS
Galvanizing Method
Hot-dip, with galvanizing weight of at least 150gr/m2 according to the SENDZIMIR method and FePo 2G, UNI5753-84, ASTM A 526 specifications on both sides of each metal sheet.
Plastic Coating Specifications
Non-magnetic, non-toxic, anti-fungal plastic coating with a single layer of PVC 120 microns thick for the external exposed surface and an epoxy-based primer 8–10 microns thick for polyurethane adhesion on the internal face. It is highly resistant to impact stresses during product handling in the area, as well as cleaning with harsh alkali-based detergents.
Classic Polyester Coating
Polyester coatings are the most widespread, common, and economical metal sheet coatings. They are suitable for both external and internal surfaces. With a nominal coating thickness of > 20μm, they offer very good resistance to outdoor environmental conditions.
Hygienic Requirements PVC Coating
The PVC coating is suitable for structures with hygienic requirements, where the metal sheets may come into contact with food. The coating is white and its texture is smooth. The coating has a nominal thickness of 120μm and offers excellent antimicrobial protection.
Durable Plastisol Coating
The Plastisol coating is extremely resistant to outdoor weather conditions. It belongs to the "self-healing" category of coatings regarding mechanical damage. With a nominal coating thickness of 200μm, it is suitable for outdoor applications where durability requirements are high.
Coating Color Options
A wide variety of coating color options is available. Please ask us about available colors (RAL 1014 to RAL 9010).

Panels are applied in a variety of applications such as:
Metal building claddings.
Food processing areas.
Cabins / Prefabricated units.
Prefabricated houses.
In special applications, they can also be used as suspended ceilings.
Their application ensures the maximum thermal insulation, waterproofing, structural, and aesthetic result within a minimum construction time.
