Proper thermal insulation of your structure begins with the roof.
Self-supporting thermal insulation panels shaped like Roman roof tiles, featuring metal sheets on both sides and a core of PUR polyurethane or high-density (high index) PIR polyurethane, can be used as cladding for roofs and pitched roofs on all types of buildings.
The inner side of the panel can feature a light profile or a flat finish.
They connect via an overlapping method, structurally facilitating the easy application of all specified sealing materials, such as silicone or expanding self-adhesive tape – SUPER SEAL.
The nominal thickness is: 40mm minimum, 90mm maximum
Effective width: 1000 mm
In custom lengths from 1.75m to 14m in increments of 350mm, depending on the project requirements

They are designed for covering roofs with a slope of no less than 10%. For roofs with a steeper slope, installing more than one panel along the direction of the slope is recommended. In this case, the panels must feature a transverse overlap (overlap). The transverse overlap can be right-handed or left-handed, depending on project specifications. The overlap length ranges from 50mm to 250mm. Panels are typically supplied without a transverse overlap, and the cut-back (removal of a section of the inner sheet and core) is performed on-site.
The specialized joint design of the panels, combined with the use of sealants, minimizes the joints between panels, thereby achieving:
- Minimization of thermal bridges
- Restriction of air and moisture penetration
- Minimization of installation time
- Reduced use of additional accessories
Classic Polyester Coating
Polyester coatings are the most widespread, common, and economical sheet coatings. They are suitable for both exterior and interior surfaces. With a nominal coating thickness of > 20μm, they offer very good resistance to outdoor environmental conditions.
Hygienic PVC Coating
PVC coating is suitable for food-grade constructions where the metal sheets may come into contact with food. The coating is white with a smooth texture. The coating has a nominal thickness of 120μm and provides excellent antimicrobial protection.
Durable Plastisol Coating
Plastisol coating is exceptionally resistant to outdoor weather conditions. It belongs to the category of "self-healing" coatings against mechanical damage. With a nominal coating thickness of 200μm, it is suitable for exterior applications where durability requirements are high.
Coating Color Options
An extremely wide range of coating color options is available. Please ask us for available colors (RAL 1014 to RAL 9010).
